Ministry Required

What is the biblical view of marriage? Let me summarize it for you. Marriage involves a flawed person, in a comprehensive and interdependent love relationship with another flawed person, in the middle of a fallen world, but with a faithful God. Because this is the unchangeable reality of every marriage, there is not a day in any marriage where ministry is not required. The person you are living with is in the process of being restored. Your spouse is not yet the person God created him or her to be in this life. By his grace, God has drafted you into his service and called you to be a tool of restoration in the life of your spouse.
