Mental Illness Does Not Exist

“Religion has castrated itself by accepting the belief that there are mental illnesses and these illnesses are biological and that they are set apart from ordinary human suffering.”

There is a new site that may support your thesis.

VisionAndPsychosis.Net, a five-year investigation of Subliminal Distraction has proposed that a simple problem of human physiology might be the source of behaviors we understand as mental illness.

These same behaviors appear in long term users of Qi Gong and Kundalini Yoga. They begin to believe they have superhuman or supernatural powers.

No one has previously made the connection between these two exercises and the altered mental states they can produce.
